Busy Week

This has been a super busy week. Between doctor's appointments and drama at the house with the kids, I have been stressed. And, my battery on my MAC has not been lasting as long as it should and since there is not Apple Store near, I have to send it in. They overnighted a box to me on Saturday...as in last Saturday. I haven't sent it in yet. I love my computer and the thought of being without it is overwhelming. However, I am headed to the farm today so on the way out of town, I will be mailing it out, along with some eBay stuff. Sigh.

I had an X-ray done yesterday on my leg. I got a call this morning from my doctor saying I have a bone bruise and a hairline fracture. When I told mama she threw a fit. I don't know why...it's my leg! LOL

Tomorrow I get to go out with the girls. I am SO EXCITED!

Nails and SuperBowl 2011

Yesterday was a fun day. Brad came by to help us move our new fridge inside. Its so nice to have two refrigerators, especially with four kids. The, we went over to Mama's house to unload some of her stuff from Brad's trailer. Then, Mama took me to get my nails done. That was great. I got the new Katy Perry line with the shatter polish. It's so cool - I have pink glitter underneath a black shatter polish. Love it. After that I went by the outlet mall to get Tony's V-day present. I think he'll like it. :-)

I had a pretty good day today too. I dropped some stuff off at the post office, picked up my super saver card at CVS and then went to visit Wendy. While I was there I got all my coupons cut and put into my binder. Yay me! I've also decided to start drinking coffee! So, I have all kinds of changes going on over here. LOL

I got home just in time to watch the most boring SuperBowl EVER! Nothing will ever compare to last year's...boo! I got some stuff that just sold on eBay tonight so I have it all packed up and ready to mail off as soon as they pay me. I'm loving this eBay stuff. I finally figured out the shipping crap. However, there were a couple packages I have to squeeze into a small box so I'm sure I'll get a negative rating from someone soon. But, you live and learn.

Valentine Bunco

What a day! I got up after five hours of sleep and did some chores around the house and also worked on my picture frames. Then I got dressed and Luci and I headed to drop off a ton of stuffed animals at Goodwill. Oh my goodness, children should not have that many stuffed animals! Once we were done there, we drove to Keesler because I had to get Jaeleigh's Strattera filled...she's been out a week and that poor child has gotten in trouble every single day of this week at school. While we were waiting, we walked over to the Exchange and stumbled upon a super sell in the toy section. I ended up with $100 worth of toys for $8! Amazing! Lahni suggested I Ebay some of them and I'm pondering the thought... :-)

Tonight, I picked up Lahni and we headed to Bunco and Penny's house. Her house is so adorable - I love it! We had a Valentine theme so after we got done playing Bunco we opened presents, sorta like Dirty Santa. Let's just say there was a lot of laughing.

Long day with a screaming baby

So, Luci and I got up at 5 something this morning...and we've been up ever since. Our day started off with some laundry and some dvr shows. Luci kept screaming so I put her in her crib. Five seconds later I heard a boom and realized she had climbed out of her crib. I picked her up to see a huge bump on her head. At that point I knew we might as well get dressed and get out of the house or we would both be crying soon...so we headed to the post office to mail off 7 Ebay packages. As we were leaving she ran into the door. Now, there's a bruise on both sides of her face. Sigh....

After that we headed to Keesler to get some groceries and pick up some meeds. Two hours later we headed to Ocean Springs to get a second-opinion on my car and then I drove home to pick up Jaeleigh. We headed to the Navy base for her appointment, then headed home. Once I was home I was running around cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and painting my picture frames. Being a stay-at-home mom is a tough job...

And, now Luci is crying again! Lord have mercy!

So Luci had another allergic reaction tonight...

So, I pulled the horrible-mother card tonight when I made chocolate chip cookies and didn't look at the wrapper. Only after letting Luci eat them and then watching her break out in hives did it occur to us that the cookie dough had peanuts in it. Ugh. So, I gave her some allergy medication and so far, so good.

Tomorrow I am keeping Keaton home from school and taking him to the doctor because of his eczema. I don't know if any of you other mom's have kids with eczema, but it sucks. He already has a prescription lotion (which I use because its so great) but so far this winter, it has not helped. He scratches his arms and legs and it bleeds and leaves big boo boos all over his body. It's just not attractive and I imagine it is uncomfortable. Poor little man.

Does anyone else watch "Property Virgins?" I absolutely love this show. I can watch it all day and night....I have no idea why but I love it!

My lot of scrubs just sold on Ebay...woo hoo! Now, I have seven packages to mail tomorrow.
